The BID Summary
The BID Summary – Residential provides an overview of home improvement incentives offered in a property’s geographic location. This product is leveraged by architects, general contractors, solar installers, A/C and appliance repair companies, roof & window replacement companies and many others home improvement service providers. The BID Summary product allows service providers to insert this printable document directly into their proposals in order to demonstrate value to the homeowner and provide competitive advantage.
The BID Summary – Commercial provides an overview of commercial real estate and construction incentives offered in a property’s geographic location. This product is leveraged by architects, engineers, general contractors, solar installers, electric vehicle installers, sustainability consultants, and many other project team members. The BID Summary product allows project team members to insert this printable document directly into their proposals in order to demonstrate value to the owner, meet MWBE requirements, and provide competitive advantage.
The cost of The BID Summary is $10. The information in this report is the same as The QUICK Summary but it is a printable PDF document that can be inserted into a proposal.
